Youth Program

H.E.R. Series — Youth Edition

Empowering the next generation

The H.E.R. Series for young girls brings the same powerful healing framework to the next generation. Through six sessions on levels of elevation — guided by an Ascension Map — girls reconnect authentically to themselves, process emotions through candid open-ended discussions, and build the self-love and purpose that will carry them forward. Integrated ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) awareness deepens each participant's personal understanding of herself.

Sensual Wellness

The S.H.E. Series

Stimulate. Heal. Elevate.

A feminine-centered, body-positive, safe space for sensual and sexual health wellness and education — to heal, explore, and express yourself. The S.H.E. Series is an encouraging experience in sensuality, sexuality, community, and becoming the next version of your most sensual self. Participants move through an Ascension Map — a rise in personal vibration — to connect more sensually and authentically to themselves and their lover. Walk-in sessions available in-session and in person.
